For those who have never heard of Your Super they are organic superfood powders that can be used in everything from plain water to baked goods. I am usually big on whole foods and avoid supplements, but Your Super products have made a big difference in keeping me healthy and feeling good. Since I have rheumatoid arthritis getting in plenty of anti-oxidants and eating an anti inflammatory diet is really important. The difference in how I feel is incredible.

I have become somewhat dependent on (addicted to really) Your Super products these past few weeks of moving and driving to Alaska. It’s been easy for me to stash the powder and mix it with water on the road and get some healthy nutrients even when fresh produce is rare.

That being said now that we are settled in a bit more I have been trying different recipes to really enjoy the great flavors of the different mixes. Here in Alaska fall is in full swing and there is a bit of chill in the air so I have been concentrating on recipes for warming fall drinks with Your Super. Here are some of my favorites so far.
